‍Stage 02. Plan: With a clear understanding of your goals, we’ll present a comprehensive budget for your project that outlines all material selection allowances. Together, we’ll design a detailed plan that meets your needs, finalize material selections, and eliminate the potential for surprises. We’ll then present 3D renderings and a fixed-price construction contract.

‍Stage 03. Build: While you focus on your daily life, our team will handle the project and keep you informed through your personal project portal. We’ll start with pulling all of your project’s permits, ordering and receiving the materials at our warehouse, and scheduling the entirety of your project. Once we start construction, your project manager will oversee every aspect, communicating with you weekly while our skilled craftsmen bring your vision to life with precision and care. 

‍Stage 04. Enjoy: After a thorough review, we’ll walk through your newly transformed, meticulously cleaned space together to ensure everything meets your satisfaction. With our 2-year workmanship warranty and a 90-day check-in, you can move in with peace of mind.
