This project breathed new life into a 1988 home nestled in Mesa View Estates, transforming a dark and dated bathroom into a tranquil spa retreat. Fresh, bright paint and contemporary neutral tile revitalized the space, complemented by the sleek removal of the raised tub floor. The shower now features a steam system and frameless glass, adding to the sense of openness and indulgence. A luxury white Badeloft freestanding tub replaced the previous drop-in model, becoming the room's focal point. Warm stained maple cabinets from Diamond, paired with a white quartz countertop, create a thoughtful vanity space where the client can sit and get ready for the day at a custom dressing table. Champagne bronze fixtures add a touch of sophistication.
In-floor heating ensures a comforting atmosphere, while updated electrical elements enhance energy efficiency. The design also includes an updated walk-in closet with bright white shelving for additional storage, and a new linen cabinet located between the closet and tub for easy access. This thoughtful addition not only maximizes space but also imbues the room with a custom-built feel, elevating it from standard builder-grade to a luxurious retreat.
This transformation embodies a harmonious blend of relaxation, functionality, and modern elegance, elevating the bathing experience to new heights of sophistication and indulgence.
