This 1993 bathroom, featuring taupe tones throughout, no longer aligned with the clients' vision for their expansive bathroom space. Seeking a transformation, the clients envisioned a glamorous retreat with white shiplap walls, white cabinets, and Calacatta countertops to harmonize with their personal items.
Originally backed up to the bedroom with a partition wall, the design aimed to create a more defined space while maintaining the open concept flow. We achieved this by removing the bulky drop-in tub, replacing it with a freestanding tub, and altering its orientation to open up pathways and enhance spatial flow.
By incorporating sleek finishes, warm textures, and tailored design elements, we created a sophisticated space that transcends past trends, providing the clients with the perfect escape from the outside world. To infuse warmth into the bright space, we opted for natural travertine tile flooring, eliminating the existing carpet. A hardwired towel warmer was strategically placed near the shower and bathtub, adding a touch of lavish comfort.
Custom Dura Supreme cabinets were selected to fulfill the clients' desire for tailored storage solutions, seamlessly integrating functionality with style. Bell pendants were elegantly suspended over the vanity space, illuminating the area with a soft, inviting glow.
In essence, this remodel harmonizes contemporary elegance with natural elements, offering a luxurious sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation.
