Meet Jason Berggren, one of many talented carpenters at VL Builders. Jason brought a wealth of experience to our team when joining in 2021, with past credentials and experience to include custom decks, framing, bathroom remodeling, and finish carpentry. At VL Builders, Jason specializes in kitchen and bath remodels, and he loves working with our team. He finds our work environment to be fun and enjoys being a part of a great team. What he loves most, however, is the work he does. He takes pride in every project and is dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

Jason was born in Georgia, grew up in Virginia, and attended Florida State University. He moved to Colorado in 2003 and is married with three kids and one dog. Hard work, honesty, and a love of the work are the values that drive Jason both personally and professionally. When he’s not at work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, attending concerts, and traveling.

One thing that Jason is passionate about changing in the industry is the lack of interest in trades by younger generations. He believes that skilled trades offer an incredibly rewarding career path and is eager to inspire the next generation to pursue these professions.
